Ally Ryan's dad made a big mistake years ago in Orchard Hill, causing many wealthy families to lose a lot of their money. When Ally moves back to Orchard Hill years later with her mom, nothing is the same. Everyone hates her for what her dad did- well, except for Jake, the hot guy that lives in her old house. Can Jake help Ally realize that you can still have a great life without a lot of money???
This book was very good. It switched back and forth between the perspectives of Ally and Ryan, and that brought a little more depth into the book. I liked seeing what both characters thought about the same dilemma. Also, this book was separated into months of the year, which I liked. The only complaint I have about this book is that the ending was very abrupt and seemed rushed. Nevertheless, I will definitely be reading the second book in this trilogy, He's So Not Worth It.
